Slightly elevated view over a working quay: staggered container stacks forming graphic blocks, four ship-to-shore cranes aligned diagonally to horizon, rain-wet concrete apron with mirror-like patches, sun piercing cloud break and igniting crane booms and painted safety lines; salt spray very subtle in air. 24 mm, f/7.1, ISO 100, 1/250 s; circular polarizer for sky depth and to balance reflections on the apron — gentle rotation only. Negative: gray haze left uncorrected, over-clarity creating crunchy edges on stacks, haloing on horizon cranes, metallic color shifts.
